Welcome to Economics Arkansas' Personal Finance Challenge Competition!

 

The Arkansas Personal Finance Challenge is a state-level competition for high school students consisting of two rounds of competition:  online qualification round (January 1, 2026 - February 20, 2026) and an in-person Final Round.  During the Final Round there are two components: a testing portion and a team presentation. Competing students display their knowledge of personal finance. Teachers can register teams of 3-4 students who will compete against other teams from around the state. Winning teams receive cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers and the 1st place finisher will  to move on to the National Personal Finance Challenge in Atlanta May 31-June 1.  Economics Arkansas will provide $1,500 to support travel to the competition.
