Welcome to the 2026 Ohio Personal Finance Challenge!

The Ohio Personal Finance Challenge is an exciting opportunity for high school students to demonstrate their personal finance knowledge by competing against teams from across the state in an online competition.

The 2026 Ohio Personal Finance Challenge will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. The top ten student teams in Ohio, based on their competition scores, will advance to the state finals.

During the finals, each team will be given a hypothetical family scenario and will have approximately 40 minutes to develop a financial plan and presentation. Teams will then deliver a 10-minute presentation outlining their financial recommendations to a panel of expert judges.

There is no cost for teachers or students to participate. The winning Ohio team will advance to the National Personal Finance Challenge.
